Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all waste collection, junk removal, rubbish clearance, house clearance, commercial clearance and related services provided by Easy Junk Go (“Easy Junk Go”, “we”, “us” or “our”) to customers (“you” or “the customer”).
By requesting a quotation, making a booking, paying a deposit, confirming a booking by telephone, email, WhatsApp, website or any other communication, or allowing our team to commence the services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.
By making a booking with Easy Junk Go, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Our Services
Easy Junk Go provides waste collection, junk removal and clearance services, subject to availability, vehicle capacity, legal restrictions and the information supplied by the customer.
Our services may include, but are not limited to:
- Household waste collection
- Furniture removal
- Garage and shed clearances
- Garden waste collection
- House clearances
- Office and commercial clearances
- Bulky-item collection
- Rubbish removal
- Property clearances
- General junk removal
We reserve the right to refuse any item, material, property or collection that we consider unsafe, unlawful, prohibited, excessively hazardous or unsuitable for our vehicles, staff or disposal arrangements.
2. Quotations and Pricing
All quotations are based on the information provided by the customer at the time of quotation.
A quotation may be based on:
- Photographs supplied by the customer
- Videos supplied by the customer
- Written descriptions
- Telephone conversations
- WhatsApp messages
- The number and type of items declared
- Estimated volume
- Accessibility
- Number of floors
- Distance to the vehicle
- Loading conditions
- Vehicle requirements
- Labour requirements
- Disposal requirements
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a quotation is not an unlimited removal price.
The quotation is based on the items, quantities, volume and conditions that the customer has accurately disclosed to Easy Junk Go.
3. Accurate Description of Items: Important
The customer is responsible for providing complete and accurate information about everything they want Easy Junk Go to remove.
This includes providing accurate information about:
- The number of items
- The type of items
- The approximate size of items
- The amount of loose rubbish
- Bags, boxes and containers
- Furniture
- Appliances
- Garden waste
- Construction or renovation waste
- Heavy items
- Items requiring dismantling
- Items located inside buildings
- Items located upstairs or downstairs
- Access restrictions
- Parking restrictions
- Long carries
- Narrow access
- Shared access
- Lifts or stairs
- Any other condition that may affect the collection
Where reasonably requested, customers must provide clear photographs or video of the items and access arrangements before the booking is confirmed.
4. Incorrect, Incomplete or Misleading Information
If, upon arrival, the actual quantity, type, size, weight, volume or accessibility of the items materially differs from the information provided by the customer, Easy Junk Go may:
- Recalculate the price;
- Apply an additional charge;
- Require additional labour or vehicle capacity;
- Require additional disposal charges;
- Require the customer to remove certain items from the collection;
- Refuse items that were not disclosed;
- Offer an amended quotation before commencing or continuing the work.
The customer will be informed of any material additional charge wherever reasonably practicable before the additional work is undertaken.
Where the customer declines a reasonable revised quotation because the original quotation was based on materially incomplete or inaccurate information supplied by the customer, Easy Junk Go may cancel or terminate the collection.
In such circumstances, Easy Junk Go may retain an appropriate amount from any payment already made to cover losses and costs actually incurred, subject to applicable consumer law.
5. Volume-Based Pricing
Where a quotation is based on estimated volume, the quoted price applies only to the approximate volume disclosed and agreed.
If the actual volume is materially greater than the volume represented by the customer, the additional volume may be charged at the applicable rate.
For example, where a customer represents that they have a small quantity of rubbish but the collection on arrival substantially exceeds that description, the price may be revised accordingly.
Customers must not deliberately minimise, conceal or misrepresent the quantity of waste in order to obtain a lower quotation.
6. Photographs and Videos
Where a quotation is provided based on photographs or videos, those photographs and videos must accurately represent the items and conditions at the time of booking.
Photographs must not deliberately exclude material items that the customer intends to have removed.
If the actual collection materially differs from the photographs or video provided, the price may be revised.
If additional items have been added after the quotation was provided, those items may be charged separately.
7. Booking Deposit
A minimum booking deposit of 30% of the quoted booking price is required to secure a booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
The booking is not confirmed until the required deposit has been received and the booking has been acknowledged by Easy Junk Go.
The deposit is normally deducted from the final amount due.
The deposit also allows Easy Junk Go to allocate staff, vehicle capacity, time and disposal arrangements to the booking.
8. Additional Charges
Additional charges may apply where:
- Additional items are presented;
- The volume is materially greater than declared;
- Items are materially larger or heavier than described;
- Additional labour is required;
- Items require dismantling;
- Items require special handling;
- Access is materially more difficult than disclosed;
- There is a long carry to the vehicle;
- Parking or loading arrangements materially differ from those disclosed;
- Additional disposal costs apply;
- Additional vehicle capacity is required;
- The customer requests additional work;
- The customer requests removal of items after the original quotation;
- The customer provides materially inaccurate or incomplete information.
Where possible, we will explain any additional charge before carrying out the additional work.
9. Refusal to Pay an Agreed Additional Charge
If additional work or volume is identified and the customer refuses to pay a reasonable additional charge that has been explained to them, Easy Junk Go may decline to remove the additional items.
Where the customer refuses to proceed with the booking despite the service having been materially misrepresented or additional costs having arisen because of information supplied by the customer, the booking may be cancelled.
Any deposit or payment retained by Easy Junk Go in these circumstances will be limited to amounts reasonably required to cover losses, costs or expenses incurred as a result of the customer's actions, subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms removes any statutory rights the customer may have.
10. Final Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the remaining balance must be paid:
- Before completion of the collection;
- Immediately following completion; or
- At another time expressly agreed with Easy Junk Go.
The customer must not withhold payment simply because they dispute an unrelated matter.
If the customer believes there is an issue with the service, they should notify Easy Junk Go immediately so that the matter can be investigated.
11. Payment Methods
Easy Junk Go may accept payment by methods specified at the time of booking.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that payment is successfully completed.
Where a payment fails, is reversed, charged back or otherwise withheld without valid reason, the outstanding amount remains payable.
12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Customers should contact Easy Junk Go before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback where there is a genuine concern about the service or payment.
A chargeback does not automatically cancel a contractual debt.
Where a customer initiates an unjustified chargeback after receiving the agreed service, Easy Junk Go reserves the right to recover any legitimate outstanding balance and reasonable costs associated with recovering the debt, where permitted by law.
We may provide relevant booking records, messages, quotations, photographs, invoices, payment records and other evidence to the relevant payment provider or dispute-resolution body.
13. Cancellation by the Customer
Customers may cancel a booking in accordance with their legal rights and these Terms.
Where cancellation occurs, Easy Junk Go may be entitled to retain or recover reasonable amounts representing losses and costs directly resulting from the cancellation, subject to applicable consumer law.
Any cancellation charge will take into account the circumstances of the cancellation and Easy Junk Go's ability to reduce its losses by rebooking the allocated time, vehicle or staff.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove a consumer's statutory cancellation rights.
14. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Where the customer is a consumer and the booking is a distance or off-premises contract, statutory cancellation rights may apply depending on the circumstances.
Where the customer asks Easy Junk Go to begin providing services during any applicable cancellation period, the customer may be required to pay a proportionate amount for services already supplied where permitted by law.
Certain statutory exceptions may also apply, including where services have been fully performed in circumstances where the customer's statutory requirements for losing the cancellation right have been satisfied.
Customers will retain all rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
15. Cancellation by Easy Junk Go
Easy Junk Go may cancel or refuse a booking where:
- The items are prohibited;
- The items are dangerous;
- The customer has materially misrepresented the booking;
- The actual volume materially exceeds the quotation;
- The customer refuses a reasonable additional charge;
- The property or access presents an unacceptable safety risk;
- Staff are threatened, abused or subjected to inappropriate behaviour;
- The customer fails to provide required access;
- Payment is not made;
- The collection would breach applicable law;
- The collection cannot reasonably be completed using the agreed vehicle or resources;
- Circumstances outside our reasonable control prevent completion.
Where Easy Junk Go cancels a booking for reasons unrelated to the customer's actions, any refund due will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the circumstances of the booking.
16. Items Not Included in the Quotation
Only items expressly included in the quotation are covered by the quoted price.
Items added after the quotation may incur additional charges.
If the customer is unsure whether an item is included, they must ask Easy Junk Go before the collection.
Silence or failure to mention an item does not mean that the item is automatically included.
17. Prohibited and Restricted Items
Customers must disclose all items intended for collection.
We may refuse to collect items including, but not limited to:
- Asbestos
- Explosives
- Ammunition
- Gas cylinders where not accepted

The list above is not exhaustive.
If you are unsure whether an item can be collected, you must disclose it before booking.
18. Hazardous or Contaminated Waste
Customers must not conceal hazardous, contaminated or potentially dangerous materials within bags, boxes, furniture or other items.
If such materials are discovered, Easy Junk Go may stop work and refuse collection of the affected material.
Where additional lawful handling or disposal is available, an additional charge may apply.
The customer remains responsible for any loss, cost, penalty or expense arising from failure to disclose hazardous or prohibited materials, to the extent permitted by law.
19. Waste Ownership and Authority
The customer confirms that:
- They own the items being collected, or
- They have full authority from the owner to instruct Easy Junk Go to remove them.
The customer must not ask Easy Junk Go to remove property belonging to another person without appropriate authority.
The customer is responsible for ensuring that no items are removed that are subject to ownership disputes, liens, legal proceedings or third-party rights.
20. Customer's Responsibility to Identify Items
Before collection begins, the customer must identify any items that must not be removed.
Easy Junk Go is not responsible for removing an item where the customer failed to clearly identify it as excluded and the item was reasonably understood to be part of the collection.
Customers should remove or clearly mark valuable, sentimental, personal or excluded items before our arrival.
21. Valuable and Sentimental Items
Customers must remove cash, jewellery, documents, passports, photographs, personal records, electronics, valuables and sentimental possessions that are not intended for disposal.
Easy Junk Go accepts no responsibility for items accidentally included in a collection where the customer failed to identify or remove them before collection.
22. Access and Parking
The customer is responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to the collection location.
The customer must disclose:
- Stairs
- Narrow entrances
- Long carries
- Restricted roads
- Gated access
- Parking restrictions
- Permit requirements
- Loading restrictions
- Lifts
- Difficult access
- Other relevant access conditions
Where parking permits, visitor permits or other permissions are required, the customer is responsible for arranging them unless otherwise agreed.
Any parking fines, penalties or charges caused by information or arrangements for which the customer is responsible may be recoverable from the customer where permitted by law.
23. Safe Working Conditions
Easy Junk Go may refuse to enter or work in an area where our staff reasonably believe there is a significant health or safety risk.
Examples include:
- Dangerous structures
- Severe infestation
- Unsafe flooring
- Exposed electrical hazards
- Unstable objects
- Excessive biological contamination
- Hazardous substances

- Unsafe weather conditions
- Other serious risks
We will not require employees or contractors to undertake work that is unsafe or unlawful.
24. Heavy or Oversized Items

Examples may include:
- Large safes
- Commercial machinery
- Industrial equipment
- Very large appliances
- Extremely heavy furniture
- Pianos
- Commercial fixtures
- Large quantities of building materials
Additional labour, equipment or vehicle requirements may result in additional charges.
25. Dismantling
Unless expressly agreed, Easy Junk Go does not guarantee dismantling or disassembly of furniture, fixtures or other items.
Where dismantling is requested and we agree to provide it, additional charges may apply.
The customer is responsible for identifying items that require specialist dismantling.
26. Property Damage
We will take reasonable care when providing our services.
Customers must notify Easy Junk Go as soon as reasonably possible if they believe damage has occurred.
Photographs or other evidence may be requested.
We will not be responsible for damage that was:
- Pre-existing;
- Caused by defective or unstable items;
- Caused by the customer's instructions;
- Caused by inadequate access;
- Caused by concealed defects;
- Caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control;
- Caused by the customer or a third party.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
27. Customer Property and Items Remaining on Site
Easy Junk Go is responsible only for items accepted for collection.
Any property remaining at the premises remains the customer's responsibility.
Customers should inspect the property after completion and notify Easy Junk Go promptly of any genuine concern.
28. Photos and Evidence
Easy Junk Go may take photographs before, during or after a collection where reasonably necessary to:
- Record the condition of items;
- Confirm the volume collected;
- Document access conditions;
- Record additional items;
- Protect against disputes;

- Previous jobs taking longer than expected
- Vehicle problems
- Staff emergencies
- Access problems
- Other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Where reasonably practicable, we will notify customers of significant delays.
30. Waiting Time
Where our vehicle and staff are ready to carry out the agreed collection but are delayed because of the customer, access problems, payment issues or circumstances within the customer's control, additional waiting charges may apply where disclosed or agreed.
31. Disposal and Recycling
Easy Junk Go will handle collected waste in accordance with applicable legal and operational requirements.
Where practical, materials may be recycled, reused or otherwise diverted from landfill.
Customers understand that the final disposal route may depend on the type and condition of the material.
32. Waste Carrier and Disposal Requirements
Easy Junk Go will comply with applicable requirements relating to the collection, transportation and disposal of waste.
Where applicable, customers may be asked to provide information required for lawful waste handling.
Customers must not instruct Easy Junk Go to dispose of waste unlawfully.
33. No Guarantee of Recycling
Although we aim to recycle or reuse suitable materials wherever practical, we cannot guarantee that every collected item will be recycled.
The disposal route depends on the material, contamination, local facilities and applicable regulations.
34. Customer-Created Waste
Customers must not place prohibited, hazardous or restricted materials inside bags, boxes, furniture or other waste intended for collection without disclosing them.
If prohibited materials are discovered, the collection may be stopped or amended.
35. Commercial Customers
Where the customer is acting for a business, company, landlord, agent or other organisation, the person making the booking confirms that they have authority to enter into the agreement on behalf of that organisation.
Unless otherwise agreed, the business customer remains responsible for payment of all amounts due.
36. Property Agents, Landlords and Third Parties
Where a booking is made by a landlord, tenant, letting agent, property manager, contractor or other third party, the person making the booking is responsible for ensuring that:
- The booking information is accurate;

- The items are authorised for removal;
- The person has authority to instruct Easy Junk Go;
- Payment arrangements are clear.
Easy Junk Go is not responsible for disputes between the customer and any third party.
37. No Set-Off
Unless required by law or otherwise agreed in writing, customers may not deduct, withhold or set off an amount from an invoice or payment because of a separate dispute.
Any genuine service complaint should be raised with Easy Junk Go so that it can be investigated.
38. Complaints
We want to resolve genuine complaints fairly.
Customers should contact Easy Junk Go as soon as reasonably possible with:
- Booking details;
- Date of collection;
- Description of the issue;
- Photographs where relevant;
- Any supporting information.
We will investigate complaints and respond within a reasonable period.
Nothing in our complaints procedure removes the customer's statutory rights.
39. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or override any statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.
Where the customer is a consumer, applicable consumer protection legislation applies.
In particular, services supplied to consumers must be performed with reasonable care and skill.

This does not apply where such liability cannot legally be excluded.

Where a customer has caused the cancellation or abandonment of a booking through serious misconduct, Easy Junk Go may seek to recover reasonable losses and costs where legally permitted.
44. False Claims and Fraudulent Conduct

Written confirmation should be retained by both parties.
48. Entire Agreement
The booking confirmation, quotation, these Terms and any specific written amendments agreed between Easy Junk Go and the customer form the agreement relating to the services.
Where there is a conflict, a specific written agreement relating to the particular booking will take precedence over a general provision of these Terms, unless otherwise stated.
49. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be treated as modified or removed only to the extent necessary.
The remaining provisions will continue to apply.
50. No Waiver
If Easy Junk Go does not immediately enforce a provision of these Terms, this does not mean that Easy Junk Go has waived its right to enforce that provision later.

- Flooding;
- Fire;
