Questions
Do you disconnect appliances?
No. Please have them unplugged and, for washing machines, disconnected from the water before we arrive. Gas appliances need a Gas Safe engineer.
Why do fridges cost extra?
Under WEEE rules, fridges and freezers must be degassed at a specialist site. The surcharge covers that.
Do you take broken appliances?
Yes. Working or not, we take them to the correct disposal route.
