• To quote for and arrange your collection. Lawful basis: taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract.
• To keep records of waste we carry. Lawful basis: legal obligation, as waste carriers must keep waste transfer records.
• To run and improve our service. Lawful basis: legitimate interest.

We only contact you about the job you asked about. We do not send marketing unless you ask us to, and we do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

Our website runs on Shopify, which stores form messages for us. If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp processes that message. We share job details with the licensed waste site only where needed for paperwork. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.

How long we keep it

Your rights
