What costs extra
- Carrying from a back garden more than 15 metres from the van: £24
- Very heavy loads such as soil or rubble may need a quick call to confirm
What we cannot take
Japanese knotweed, asbestos (including old shed roofs that may contain it), chemicals and pesticides.

Do I need to bag it?
Bags help with leaves and small cuttings. Branches can be left loose or in a pile.
Can you take soil and rubble?
Small amounts in bags, yes. Soil and rubble are heavy, so tell us the amount when you book.
Do you take Japanese knotweed?
No. It is controlled waste and needs a specialist contractor.
